Trade terms: the short version
- Pricing.Net trade rates apply across the catalogue once your account is approved. Prices are exclusive of GST and freight; pricing sheets are reviewed quarterly with 30 days’ notice on changes.
- Holds. Project hold quantities up to 90 days at the mill, no deposit required for first hold. Beyond 90 days a 25 % deposit secures the stock.
- Terms. Pro forma on first three orders. After three cleanly paid invoices, 30-day net terms by application; trade reference required.
- Freight. Pallet drops to site, depot, or yard within our metro network. Regional freight quoted per job at cost.
- Spec support. Spec sheets, install guides and product photography are available on request. Email trade@marmore.com.au with your project brief.
- Returns. Full boxes only, within 60 days of delivery, shoulder freight by the trade account. See full returns policy.
